El Piloto de Inmigración del Atlántico requiere que los empleadores sean designados antes de que puedan hacer una oferta de trabajo y contratar a un candidato. Cada provincia individual maneja esta designación.
Para ser designada, una organización debe:
- Estar en buen estado.
- Haber estado operando en la región atlántica durante al menos 2 años.
- Trabaje con una organización proveedora de servicios de liquidación para ayudar a sus candidatos a obtener servicios de liquidación.
